Fire Safety Awareness

Duration: Half day – typically 2.5 – 3 hrs

Certification: Knapford Training certificate of attendance

All staff in any work environment that need an understanding of fire safety.

We can come to your place of work to deliver 'in house' courses. We can train up to 12 people on site. Dates and times to suit you.

This course comes with a Knapford Training certificate of attendance.

Course Content:

Introduction to fire safety
Legislation
Fire risk assessments
Causes of fire
Classes of fire
The fire triangle
Extinguishers
Functions of fire doors, alarm systems, emergency lighting and maintenance
Importance of fire drills including horizontal evacuation
Actions in the event of a fire

Very concise and informative with additional helpful materials. Fun to participate in. I felt involved and my interest was maintained throughout. Excellent trainer.
